Return Policies & Return Goods Authorization Form

Returns for any reason will require a return goods authorization (RGA).
Customer is responsible for the return shipping of the return.
Once we receive the product, and upon satisfactory inspection, we will issue a credit for the return.
There will be a 20% restocking fee for any returns.
In case of defective product, we will waive the restocking fee on a case-by-case basis.
