RGA Policy
Our new policy for returns. Effective 02/01/2009

1. There will be no exchange for returns.
2. Returns for any reason will require a return goods authorization (RGA) number.
3. Customer is responsible for return shipping of the pipe.
4. Once we received the pipe, and upon satisfactory inspection we will then issue them credit.
5. There will be a 20% restocking fee for any returns.
6. In case of defective pipe, on case by case basis we will waive the restocking fee.

At our option we will either arrange for shipping or give customer credit for shipping as well.
